If I could describe this ride in one word it would be... "Epic." Rain, mud, multiple creek crossings. Amazing. 20.8mi — 3h 00m

If I could describe this ride in one word it would be... "Epic." Rain, mud, multiple creek crossings the ride this year had it all. The ride for me was one of great challenge mentally and physically. Coming off a leg injury from last year, I wanted to push myself and that I did. The bottom of the map messed up and shaved 1/2 a mile off my ride. I rode the 1/2 challenge and man, was it tough. I bounced out at mile 20. My legs where dog tired and I literally could not pedal anymore. This was a ride I'll never forget. I loved every moment of it. I will definitely be going back next year. If you want to make new friends and go on some prime single track, The Buffalo Headwaters Challenge is where it's at! Jan 30, 2018
