Telephone Loop was one of the original trails at West Bragg, pre-dating the 2009 All-Season Trail plan by many years. As such, it's an old-school doubletrack trail with moderate grades suited to cross-country skiing and easy biking.

The west side of the loop (mapped here) is only recommended for use in the winter (the many creeks and flatter areas mean it's typically wet throughout the summer). The whole loop (including Telephone Loop (East)) is trackset on one side for skiing, and packed on the other for fat biking.
