This short road connects the Green Valley Loop
to a promontory overlooking the broad Bearclaw Poppy Preserve. You can see the many trails below, including the Stucki Springs Trail
. The tread is loose in places and can be a steep climb, with a few larger rocks scattered about that add to the difficulty. The views on the rocks at the end of the climb are well worth it. It's a great place for a break after the long climb up from Green Valley.
