Overview

This loop ride heads through an awesome, approximately eight mile, trail system that opened in late 2017. This network is probably one of the top five in the state in my estimation. The singletracks are wide but raw with lots of punchy climbs that make it not for the weak of heart.

Description

This mapped ride loop is non-directional, which in this case is good because nobody is out here and you can do one lap in one direction and one lap in the other direction and easily get 15-plus miles through this remote, beautiful area.

There's a beach right next to this loop if you want to take a dip after a hot day with free entry. These trails are so much better than any of the Kettle Moraine stuff and I think even better than Nine Mile. It's most similar to River Falls, which again is so much better than most of the other stuff in Wisconsin.
