Shorty’s Cabin Trail continues on old discontinued forest roads and travels through overgrown road sections and then to a singletrack ending at Shorty’s Cabin (the only cabin on a lake with Mt. Katahdin in the background). The cabin is open and has a notebook to sign in and leave a note to Shorty.
