A singletrack connector from the bottom of Lasso to the bottom of Lake Trail.

T.J. Morton

Overview

Dogs: Off-leash

Description

From the bottom of Lasso, this trail starts easily enough before transitioning into a narrow, bench-cut trail. A steep, left-hand switchback climb with some roots and rocks takes you away from Lake Hydaway before turning downward.

The downhill section is very eroded with large (~10-12") rooty drops. An alternate line has a right-hand followed by a left-hand switchback that are challenging and steep. The trail ends at the bottom of the Lake Trail.
