Description

This trail can be reached from 3 Angel's Loop trail and it will hit Deer Run. If you ride it this way it will be a super fast downhill run of switchbacks. It is very fast and the pebbles can be loose so be careful. It can also be ridden from the parking lot.

If you ride Lake Side Trail, it will come out at the parking lot on the east side. You take a left up the paved road to the top and behind the cafeteria there is a paved road to going up to a cabin. Right by the cabin is the entrance to the trail and you'll see the signs.

From here, it is a full-on uphill go with slow switchbacks but it is rewarding with scenic views of the lake and other parts of the mountain. Here you can connect to Boulder Summit trail or 3 Angel's Loop trail.
