Need to Know

This is highly recommended as a descent only. It's just too steep to enjoy going uphill for almost everyone.

Description

Despite having "creek" in its name, this trail follows a ridgeline from the CT - Segment 27 all the way down to the highway and the Delores River. It passes through spectacular aspen forest with occasionally great views.

This trail is extremely steep. Use control on your descent, don't skid out, and try not to damage the fragile trail.
