Description

From the Sugarloaf Mountain Bike Area parking lot, ride towards the sledding hill, a new connector trail enters the woods on the right side of the sledding hill about 1/4 of the way up. Follow this to a 4-way intersection of the Sugarloaf XC Ski Trails. Continue to the right on the XC ski trail. A short ride on the XC trail and Kim Trail begins narrowing down to singletrack when entering the woods. Climb the bench cut up and around to the top of Sugarloaf Knob, the trail then starts the fun descent off the backside of the mountain. Enjoy the fast and flowy downhill but be ready to switch back, there are 5 switchbacks total on on the descent back to the Sugarloaf XC Ski Trails. At the merge point, turn left to head back to the trailhead or right to extend your ride down the mountain.

Kim Trail can be hard to locate at first but once you've found this sign you are golden! Continue straight and the trail becomes good singletrack.
