Mill Brook and I-95 are all publicly accessible due to the generosity of private landowners, the trails are managed by Inland Woods + Trails.

Description

This is a good way from Gould to the Bingham Loop at Bethel Village Trails. It's an easy pedal, but the road is often wet. Starting from the Route 5 road crossing, follow the doubletrack, the trail is marked as Mill Brook. In winter this is a ski trail, please do not ride or hike on it. Follow the doubletrack to the Bingham Loop, or continue to I-95, a doubletrack trail, or continue on to connect to Helix singletrack bike trail and the top of Bingham Loop
