Description
This trail is a singletrack descent until you find yourself climbing up the knoll for an awesome lookout over the Mantua Reservoir.
The trail starts off rather fun. Be sure to choose the right side if you want a faster descent. After you get down to the bottom of knoll you'll begin a brutal climb up to the hill. It is all uphill and actually has a 20% grade. I personally suffered through this but it is totally worth it. When you get near the top it begins to get really rocky making it a bit more technical. Once you arrive at the top you'll have a nice view of the entire reservoir and a bench if you need to rest. The rest is a steep, downhill, and fast ride definitely be mindful of the turns as I took a tumble of the side of the hill. If you're going to bail, bail on the RIGHT side of the trail, not the left or you'll tumble down a lot farther than you would like.
