Trail shared by Seth Bush

The course for the 2017 South Boundary BigRide - Angel Fire to Taos.

Seth Bush

E-Bikes Unknown

Features -none-

Trails are only rideable in the summer and early fall.

Overview

This course takes in some of the most beautiful scenery in Northern New Mexico. Sweeping views, amazing singletrack, corridors of Aspens; the course has it all.

Need to Know

Bring wet weather gear in the summer, as afternoon monsoons are likely. They can drop the temperature quickly.

Description

The course starts at Angel Fire Resort. It then takes in some of the best parts of the Greenbelt trails before heading up the dirt roads to Elliot Barker trail. It then works its way up and up to the South Boundary Trail #164. Riders then enjoy pristine backcountry singletrack all the way to back to Taos. It is an epic ride, fully supported and marked by the folks at Zia Rides.
