Description

The upper section of this singletrack winds down through pinyon pine and juniper while the lower section traces an arroyo through sage and rabbitbrush. Since the trail parallels I-80 between exit 376 and 378, the trail conditions can be easily discerned from the highway.

Although there is cell phone coverage, the interstate is unnoticeable from the trail. The trail has the ideal grade as there is minimal pedaling downhill and easy pedaling uphill. It's also a good option in the winter unless there is snow present.
