A challenging 9.75-mile singletrack at Andrews University.

Wade Ritchie

Overview

This is the most challenging singletrack in the Northern Indiana / Southwest Michigan area. Big hills, big obstacles, and deep ravines. Which makes it a perfect track for advanced riders and an excellent place for intermediate riders to expand their skills and build their endurance.

The entire course is approximately 9.75 miles and encompasses a combination of several different loops that make up the entire trail network.

IMO, maybe Blue Square 75% or more and Black Diamond 25% or even less. Very fun and flowy. Will ride again 9.4mi — 1h 09m

It is a little deceptive to beginners "very challenging" for intermediate riders. In terms of climbs it maybe the best place for beginners to develop the lungs and heart, but it is not too hard. It is not really rocky or rooty, very flowy, has jumps and fantastic berms, twists and turns. Downhill bike is overkill here, 100mm full suspension or hardtail is plenty for this trail. It is very fun! Aug 1, 2017
