Description
This trail follows the Wabash River and Burnett’s Creek from Happy Hollow Park through Downtown Lafayette to McAllister Park. The only accessible sections of this trail for bikes are paved, however, you may explore many dirt and sand sections on foot.
You can enter the trail from downtown Lafayette off of the pedestrian bridge crossing the Wabash River. From there, you'll be on wide, paved trail until you get close to the US 52 bridge where the trail turns to singletrack and is closed to bikes.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
