This is an informal and unmarked, yet legal, trail within Michaux State Forest. This trail, and others that are nearby, are currently under assessment by the land manager toward a more static and stewarded trail system. Cutting a new trail or re-routing is considered illegal. As such, do not cut new trails without approval, observe potential future trail closings and official re-routing, and minimize your impact while riding. Avoid riding during PA hunting seasons.

Description

Although not steep, this trail has several rock gardens with rocks that aren't planted to the ground. This makes it very easy for your tires to spin out. At the four-way intersection looking northeast, the trail branches left. This will dump you out on Milesburn Rd. and from there climb up to Upper Lollipop/Lower Lollipop or go down to the Long Pine Reservoir.
