Description

The Bikepark San Primo operates on the Lario Peninsula high above Lago di Como (Lake). The lift-accessed portion of this trail is the lower half, and you'll find most of the locals covered in armor with full out downhill rigs. The lower half is the typical narrow singletrack with berms and smallish drops that you expect in a bike park.

The upper half is no less steep but it's a straight shot down the mountain. There is a great view at the top, shown as the start of the trail on the GPS. You could climb to the top from the bike park, but for me this was part of the Dorsale del Triangolo Lario (Crest of the Lario Triangle Peninsula), which is a long distance ride more towards the cross-country side. In this case, try to look inconspicuous running the trail armor-less.
