This trail, like all of the trails out here, is a loop. The exception here is that for some reason the last third of this loop is designated as D Trail for some unknown reason. Perhaps, in the future, the trail designers will see this single anomaly and make it conform to the standard set on all their other trails?

At any rate, this is still loads of fun to ride. Start at the junction of A Trail and D Trail. Ride up the gully to with a few wash crossings until you meet Evan's Trail at about 0.3 mile. Stay left and follow the wash another 0.4 mile to the other end of Evan's Trail. Stay left and start the climb up and out. Ride to the southeast corner of the network and start back north at just 1.5 miles. Enjoy a coaster ride down to where C Trail crosses over the trail and this trail magically becomes D Trail the rest of the way back down to A Trail.
