Description

An easy ride on a road with mild switchbacks at the end. The trail meets up with Oregon Trail (Bonneville Point) and is great for making a loop back to town. Not so long ago, you could drive your car from Lucky Peak Reservoir to Bonneville Point. As is with most public land, this route was deemed to be "in danger" and "at environmental risk".

Thankfully, we have not yet reached the ridiculous level of banning bikes yet. Don't laugh, it has happened several times along the river in the Boise and Garden City areas already.
