This trail begins at the main Bank Rd. parking area, and heads west along the southern edge of a field into a valley. At the lowest point of the valley, there's a section of raised trail to your far right to avoid the mud, then the trail curves left toward the trees. You'll find another raised portion just before entering the woods.

Once into the woods, the valley quickly turns into a small ravine, with a creek on your left. The small ravine ends at a larger ravine, forcing the trail right, and along a decently high, steep edge. Then it curves right again along a smaller ravine, and up the hill to an open field.

The singletrack groove continues through the field, to the top of the hill, where you'll find a couple small trees and a fire pit. From there, you'll want to stop and take in the view of the wind turbines flashing in the distance, with the town of Dale down below in the foreground.
