This wide, paved, multi-use trail offers safe travel and plenty of fresh air and exercise for all.
No motorized vehicles
are permitted on the trail, wheelchairs excepted. Bicycle and skate speed limit 15 mph.
This multi-use, whole-access trail between the cities of Concord and Pleasanton follows the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way established in 1891 and abandoned in 1977.
