Fast fun mostly downhill trail leading you from the Flag Rock Recreation area to Legion Park at the bottom of the mountain. The trail features steep terrain, tight switchbacks, with plenty of rock and roots. The upper section was rerouted and starts a little further up and uses parts of other trails before joining back up with the old trail.
