Overview

This is a USAC sanctioned event (USA Cycling Permit #2017-486). A USAC license is required or CAT 3 racers can purchase a 1-Day license for $10 on site.
The 2016-17 Triple Threat Time Trials will be a four part series of sanctioned races through the USAC. We are bringing back the original course plus three others!

The courses range from 7-10 miles of dirt road throughout McAllister Park. These routes will test your endurance and mountain bike skills. The first rider will start at 9:01 a.m. It will be an officially timed event that is overseen by the USAC. Stick around for the post race party including: Tacos from Tacos N' Salsa, door prizes, and much more!

Registration:
Online reg ( bikereg.com/triplethreatjan) closes 9 p.m. on Saturday night prior to event. Onsite registration open 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. (add $10 for late fee). Onsite Do-Overs will be available for $10 or $15 for a different category.

Cancelation:
If it rains and we have to cancel the event, your entry fee will roll over to the next event...that way you won't lose your entry fee.

Upcoming races are on: February 19th, April 23rd, May 28th and TBD in June.

Description

Race #1 will cover large portions of the Blue Loop and Mud Creek Trail along with other auxiliary trails within McAllister Park in San Antonio.

This course should be very fast and very technically challenging.

History & Background

Hill Country Sports Association was established in 2000 to create events where skilled competitors come together to challenge their abilities and dedication to their training. We create environments so that these competitors may race against the clock and fellow athletes.
