Description

This is a paved rail trail following the River Tweed. It's useful as a connector between two of the 7 Stanes trail centers: Glentress and Innerleithen. It also connects the towns of Peebles, Cardrona, and Innerleithen. The highlights are two bridges over the River Tweed just before and after Cardrona.
