The gate on the Tuscarora - Little North Mtn (405.4) side is closed Jan 4 to August 1.

Description

Cedar Creek Trail (573) follows a yellow blaze. This trail is two sections of FR with trail in the middle.

One end of this trail will begin before Sulphur Springs Gap Trail. You'll see a yellow blaze on the side of the road on the trees. This will continue past Sulphur Springs Gap Trail (FR 1725) and past Tuscarora - Little North Mtn (405.4) for roughly 1.5 miles.

Then, the trail ends at a clearing, and you'll see a yellow blazed trail. This will continue until you emerge onto FR88 which is still blazed yellow as Cedar Creek Trail. The trail will continue past Bread Trail #411 (FR 88A) for about 0.6 miles.

**Important** The section of this trail that is in the middle is singletrack. It is rocky and would be closer to intermediate skill level. It has grown in tight and seems to be poorly maintained.
