The traditional "10" mile Teaberry race course with a warm-up loop added for good measure.

Paul Miller

Overview

A great ride full fast singletrack, tight turns, rock gardens, and steep climbs. There are a few sections of lose downhill but well worth the ride.
Dogs: Offleash

Description

Option: Head down teaberry road and turn onto the second singletrack on the right. This serves as the warm-up loop on this ride.

Head toward the cell tower and then make a quick descent from the ridge. Hard left turn at the bottom or you'll head onto the teaberry 20 mile loop. Watch the gps as there are many turns on and off of old fire road until you turn south at the top of the loop.
Open it up through the 2 hollows and then follow the road below the dam and around the lake. The old direct trail has been dug up and it not fun to follow.
As you climb look for a small turnout on the right. Look for a left turn into the woods as the climb becomes less steep.
After a stream crossing (there always seems to be water here even in the dries of times) enjoy the low land singletrack. Get ready for an extended climb to regain the ridge. Following the rocky singletrack back to your car.
