A short, fun segment overlooking Red Butte Gardens and Salt Lake City.”
— Brett Denney
This is a quick, slightly rocky segment between the museum and Red Butte Canyon. You'll find some fun, little rock features and red dirt. This segment makes for a more fun connector than shoreline!
Overall, good views of the city and overlooking Red Butte Gardens. The trail is fairly susceptible to erosion so don't ride it when its muddy. This one is frequently used by hikers and runners so practice good trail etiquette.
