Description

Kinsey Park is owned and managed by the Peoria Park District. The first mountain bike trail was opened in October 2016. It was designed and built by local PAMBA members as an wide, easy flowing trail for beginners and is very kid friendly while still being a fun, fast trail for intermediate and experienced riders. A loop including Yellow Brick Road, Emerald Forest, Farm Road, and Ruby Slippers.

Looks like this ride could use some love! If you know it, add to the description.

LOVED THIS RIDE!! The main loop is a wide single track with no technical challenges ... which means that you can get going really fast!! The ride is all about cardio ... 1 mile up and 1 mile down - great training opportunity. Another factor that makes this ride attractive is that it is simple enough for my wife. A good place to ride together. The flying monkeys loop is somewhat technical and very demanding from a cardio standpoint. Dec 17, 2017
