Description

Spring Brook Trail is the central section of the Rock Bridge trail system which connects the upper parking lot with the Devil's Icebox parking lot. This trail features two creek crossings (one with a bridge) and some of the most challenging obstacles in the park, and the famous finish-line climb to the upper lot.

First time to run it. It rained a little last night, but dried better than I expected it to. Does have some technical stretches and creek crossing. 2.9mi

Just a quick hike with the wife. Looking to go back out and run at a quicker pace. Wide path for most of the trail. Accidentally missed one turn. 3.1mi
