Features -none-

Family Friendly Mostly smooth singletrack that is easily passable on a bike or on foot.

Open to Highlands Ranch Community Association members and their accompanied guests only.

Description

This flowy trail can be ridden in either direction and has some undulations thrown in to keep you on your toes! Be aware that it is exceptionally easy to come up on other trail users VERY quickly due to its winding nature and the fact that it's easy to pick up speed!

This network of trails is PRIVATE, and NOT open to the public. One cannot even become a member of the management group without purchasing a home in the area. This trail network is good, but not publicly accessible. Jun 26, 2017
Hey Daren, the accessibility of this trail network is noted in the Overview. Jun 26, 2017

Badlands is a hoot running east to west (downhill). Super-Flowey single track. Easy trail, but really fun if you run it fast. Jul 20, 2018
