Description

Eucalyptus Ridge Trail begins where 3 trails meet atop Del Mar Mesa Preserve. The 3 trails being Switchbacks Trail, Bowtie Rim Trail, and Eucalyptus Ridge Trail. This west bound trail is very narrow at certain points and could be considered "true singletrack."Some of the twists and turns along this trail are off camber and can be difficult to navigate. There are areas of steep descent with rocks and cobbles among thick vegetation. The last 50 yds. of the trail is a very steep slope with ruts due to individuals skidding to the bottom.
