Part of the Fort Rock system of trails, Tunnel can be accessed from Red Loop, just a little way in from the parking lot; just keep an eye out to your left.

The trail itself is relatively tame, with a couple of bridges and a short, rocky climb that does present a challenge. Just before you head under the freeway, look to your right and you'll see Hillzilla connect up; head that way if you want a real challenge. Also don't blow on through; just before you hit the tunnel, on either side you'll notice a couple large-ish rocks that have been given man-made access and are now fun little features for before you cross over.
