Most people will ride this trail as the return to the trailhead, although it is still fun to ride in the other direction.

If you are coming from the intersection with B and C, A starts out as a gentle bench-cut climb. Shortly though, you ride across a series of puncheon bridges that twist and lead straight to rocks gardens. These features are pretty cool to check out, but don't let yourself cool down as you still need to climb back to the parking lot. The climb starts off with a series of short ups that eventually mellow out and lead to more traversing bench trail back to E Trail and the parking lot.
