Overview

A nice, easy ride through Masai country that is best ridden in dry weather.

Need to Know

This trail is not signposted and GPS navigation is highly recommended. Be sure to bring the MTB Project mobile app.

Description

Start off this loop ride at the Lusigetti village and head south to the open savannah country. Soon the country will open up to nice vistas of the valley beyond, passing occasional traditional Masai homesteads along the way.

This route mostly uses a jeep track and has a short section on singletrack, which is a steep descent. The loop can be done in reverse, too. There are lots of thorns around so tubeless tires are highly recommended.
