Family Friendly Upper Jolley can be enjoyed by families with children. The short, easy nature of the trail, coupled with easy access from the Castle Valley Boulevard bike path make it a great family option.

Description

Jolley Trail is comprised of Upper, Middle, and Lower Jolley. The Jolley Trail is a short, singletrack trail that connects Castle Valley Ranch to Downtown New Castle.

It is a fun, unique way to get downtown to eat dinner or visit the grocery store. The trail is part of a larger, future, in-town trail network being implemented over the next several years.

The Upper Jolley Trail is an easy trail. Middle and Lower Jolley are technical in spots, with tight switchbacks that will test advanced riders. While the tread itself is generally smooth, the hillside exposure will keep intermediate riders' attention while traveling up and down the trail.

No parking at trailhead. There are signs for parking at the community center, wherever that is. I did this with my 8 year old, perfect for beginners
