Description

This section of the Centennial Trail is approved for motorized use, and it is all doubletrack. There are some steep and rocky sections of this trail, but they don't last long. It would not be advisable to ride this section of the Centennial Trail on its own, it's just not that fun. That being said, there is still plenty of beautiful scenery in this section.

The easier way to ride this would be from north to south. It is all doubletrack and not technical until you get to the descent going into the Pilot Knob TH.

If ridden from south to north, be prepared for a steep and technical climb littered with large, chunky rocks out of the trailhead. Once you get to the top of the first climb, it's smooth sailing.
