Description

This trail is often accessed by the West Loop. It begins right at the pay booth entrance of the park. The trail has excellent pacing with regular ascents and descents. Elevation changes are well parceled out so that the climbs never feel too brutal and the downhill is rarely wasted.

The most technical aspects are a few hidden drops on down hills and some log crossings. There are a handful of optional technical features.

Stopped on way to Hootie, easy stop on way south to CLT. Good singletrack, lots of ups and downs, tight turns, fun ride.
