Description

This trail provides a gradual climb through a small valley, crossing the Wagonhammer Creek five times. It's mostly singletrack with some parts widening to a doubletrack. The trail does end with a technical section, and continues onto the Upper Wagonhammer Trail, which is much more challenging.

Upper Wagonhammer Trail continues above what is shown here, but is not maintained, often has lots of deadfall and there is a swampy section that is not rideable until late summer.

Please leave the gates as you found them. This trail is popular for horses, so please be an ambassador and use good trail etiquette.

Took this trail real slow and leisurely to the top and a little further. Awesome gradual Ascent and a Hard and Fast Descent just the way mother nat… 3mi
