Family Friendly Close to town, near the river with day use picnic areas.

No actual closure dates but spring can be so muddy as to make the trails unrideable, and winter will drift the trails in.

Description

This trail is part of the Wilkins Peak Trail System. It connects with several other area trails. There are ledge drops, bridges, hairpin turns, a tight rock section to squeeze through, and gnarly dry river beds. This trail can be sandy at times and has a few cactus, but it won't slow you down. There are some amazing views of the Green River along the way.

For more on the Wilkins Peak trails see the Wilkins Peak, Green River, WY Facebook page, the Sweetwater Mountain Bike Association (SMBA) Facebook page or PDF maps can be found at the City of Green River, WY Chamber of Commerce website.
