A great singletrack ride on machine-built flow trails. Start at the bottom of the ski jump lift where parking is available. The entrance is right behind (south) the visitor's shop. The first leg of the trail brings you downhill to the Black River. Stop and enjoy the view of the river.
Ride uphill until you reach the ski jump landing area near where you started. Keep right and you'll cross the asphalt road and then continue on the Ski Jump Spur, climbing up to the top of the hill where the ski jump is. Take in the gorgeous view of the entire area with a view for many miles.
The downhill back to the parking lot has many fun, bermed corners, jumps, bridges and fun, play features. The beginner section of the trail is what is shown as the start and end on this map. That is a more mellow grade, good for beginners.
