Family Friendly Easy for the kids and good workout for the adults.

Description

This trail is made of rolling hills through pine forests and oak hammocks. There is not much flat trail, and it is mostly made up of gradual climbs and descents, with nothing technical except for maybe a few sandy spots (hill simulators). Be sure to follow the bike trail, as the hiking trail, equestrian, and the once a year motorcycle enduro crosses the trail several times. Be on the watch for deer darting across the trail in the mornings and evenings.
