Description

Pony Express Trail #6 branches off of the Cahill Canyon Trail #2. This trail follows a section of the Pony Express mail route through Emigrant Pass. The trail heads north along a rocky two-track and through some grassy spring areas. After a short climb at the start of the trail, most of the rest of the way is a gradual descent to return to Highway 50. This section is fast and fun.
