Mount Seymour is home to diverse terrain and multi-use trails. Access is free and the area can be shuttled. Bikes are only allowed on designated trails.

Description

A slow start on skinnies that quickly turns into a riotous descent on rock, stones, and roots. The majority of drops on Ned's Atomic Dustbin are pretty small compared to other nearby trails, and the route is relatively open - a combination that beckons for speed and plenty of thrills.

Things to keep your eyes up for: log-drop just before the bridge, drop with a steep ladder-roll, and a large step down with plenty of sending potential.
