Description

The Grange Hall Creek Trail is paved concrete and maintained throughout the year. This trail connects Grange Hall Creek Trail to the South Platte River Trail.

It winds it's way for about 5 miles running from Loma Linda Park in the west, through Lambertson Lakes Park and Open Space, into Northglenn's Jaycee Park and Happy Tails Dog Park, the Fox Run Nature Area, Margaret Carpenter Park, Grange Creek Park and the Riverdale Open Space area in the east.

This trail has much to see and do along it's length and many loops, spin offs, and extensions available to take you in new directions.
