Description

This trail is a fun, tight singletrack with berms, drops, and log piles thrown in. Riders will pass through woods of of pine, palmetto, and melaleuca with sharp turns and root sections. Dont worry, there are plenty of bypasses! The Pinehurst MTB Trail is an excellent trail for sharpening technical skills. Bordered by canals on two sides, there is plenty of tree cover so the sun / heat is not an issue.

Pinehurst is in a convenient location to many residential communities and the turnpike. Many riders find this to be a great place for a quick morning or after-work ride.

Its not a long trail but so what just do it again! Its a good, quick workout packed into 4 miles. All the bypasses make it a great trail to bring riders of all skill levels. This is an equally good trail to bring the family or seasoned riders.

There is no parking at the actual trailhead, but there are two parks nearby that have parking, restrooms, water, and pavilions - Okeeheelee Park and Greenacres Freedom Park.
