“A twisting singletrack trail that meanders through woods filled with native Florida trees.”
— Gerry Kinnard
Great trail to take new riders or get in some miles.
Helmets are required.
The Dyer Perimeter Trail accommodates all levels of riders. The trail surface is mostly crushed rock, but the way is mostly smooth, so beginners won't have any problems. The Perimeter Trail has several miles of twisty singletrack trails in the woods that loop around the park. While more shaded than Dyer Hill
, riders will still want to bring plenty of water, especially if riding in the Florida heat.
This trail is great on its own, and can also be used as a warm-up before heading over to Dyer Hill
for a little bit of elevation.
