Description

A hill in South Florida? It's too good to be true! Situated on 55 ft. of elevation, the trail is approximately 2.5 miles long. Ascending and descending many times as it goes around the hill, this trail has banked turns built from shell rock graciously donated by the Palm Beach County.

Dyer Hill is entirely singletrack made up of crushed rock that is one to two feet wide while the rest of the landfill is covered with grass. There are some small trees that provide some shade, but most of the ride is exposed to the sun. Be aware of trail erosion after heavy rains.

Want a warm-up before taking on this intermediate trail? Check out the Dyer Perimeter Trail, which loops around the park.

Fast and flows well. Great workout. Incorporate it with the perimeter loop for a longer lap.
