Description

As you approach the trailhead, keep your eyes out for the entrance as it is somewhat hidden off to the side of the road. Ridden from north to south, this trail starts with some challenging but rideable switchbacks. At the top, riders will find a lot of moderate and fun riding with a few spots that have great views of the coast. The last 1.5 miles have some steep descents, but they all rideable.

There are no signs on the trail other than one indicating that the trail was constructed by the local club under permit from DLNR. This is the best trail I have ridden to date on Oahu!

My boyfriend and his friends like to mountain bike and I come just to trail run it alongside. Is it safe for people to trail run it w/o bikes? Feb 15, 2016
