Description

The Jackpot Meadows Trail starts at a trailhead at USFS Rd 309 and heads downhill to a small bridge that crosses the Salmon River. The trail then climbs up over rocky terrain. Exposure is also part of the experience as you ascend out of the river canyon.

From there the trail levels out as it approaches USFS Rd 58. Cross here and pedal the last bit of the trail to the intersection with the Pacific Crest Trail, north of Timothy Lake.
