Description

The Lil' WVA Trail starts about three miles down the Tall Oaks Trail (Blue Trail). You'll know you're at the entrance when you come upon the sign that reads "Ride At Your Own Risk."

The first half of the trail features lots of logs to roll over, short steep climbs, fast descents, and some small jumps. After a right hand turn you start down a short fast descent and go in and out of a ravine a few times. You'll then begin your climb out of the lower part of the trail. This climb has some tight turns and rock gardens. Once you have reached the top of the hill, the trail continues to descend and ascend this hill several times with more twist and turns, and plenty of rock gardens. If your bike has wide handle bars, you may need to hike it through some of the tight spots between the trees.

The trail will take you back to the top of the hill, and you'll descend onto a long rock garden that ends with a 2 ft drop off a rock and into a bermed right turn. You'll cruise down the trail a little further and finally reconnect to the Tall Oaks Trail (Blue Trail).

Great cross country ride. Some technical obstacles but I would challenge the difficulty rating as it doesn't appear to be black diamond worthy.
